I've been struggling with the CPAP mask the past several nights

It like self destructs and then I try to put it back together in the dark. Then I get frustrated and just toss the mask away, turn off the machine, and sleep without it. That results in poor quality sleep, exhaustion the next day, and the Sleepwatch app on my Apple Watch telling me that my sleeping heart rate was raised, my sleep quality was bad, etc. I'm a smart person but it took me like half an hour today to get the head piece put back together and attached to the nose pillow and tube. I am hoping that it stays together tonight because it isn't even 7 pm and I'm ready for bed. I am exhausted. We shall see!

You might want to call your health care company and see about a replacment.

It isn't the machine. It is the headpiece thing. I'm sure I have several replacements already in my bin of supplies. I just need to look for one tomorrow after work.

@NJChicaa I hope you can. However, the mask asymably is part of the unit, so you should be able to get a replacment. If you can't find one.

I hope you'll be able to get that in order.
