A jackfruit vegetable can be cooked in mutton style.

Jackfruits are eaten in India both as fruits and vegetables. We eat them mostly as vegetable form. It can be cooked with potatoes onions and garlic in the same way as goat meat is cooked. It tastes like that of mutton. It can be eaten with rice or chapatis.

yes Judy he same onion ginger garlic paste is given in this curry like mutton curry

I have come across that but haven't tried it yet. I think we might even have some canned jackfruit in the cupboard meaning to try it some day.
