Well, I made it.

Good morning. George is very good about keeping me on time. He was the one to ask about his pills. He's starting to feel a little better, too, which is good. I'm thankful for that. I have to pick up one of my own meds, as well. Which I need to figure out how I'm going to do it. Last time George was in the hospital, and I knew he'd be alive when I got back there. Now I'm haunted by something he said when he was in in-patient rehab. So, until I know he's doing a lot better, I don't want to leave him alone. Even for a couple of hours.

I was giving him a tube feed, and he was talking about not wanting to live.

I dropped the bombshell I have a script ready for pickup. And, George agreed to go tomorrow. I was floored when he said that.

I don’t blame you. Things stick in our head for a reason. I’m happy to hear he is doing better.

Yeah. It'll take me some time to feel a little better. But, hearing him say he's feeling better, helps.

I'm glad George is feeling better. I know how you feel about not wanting to leave him alone. I hate when I have to leave the hospital. I'm always worried about my hubby's AFIB and blood pressure. Have a good day.

That is perfectly understandable after all that you two have been through.

It can be tough to feel like things are ok after something like that happens
