What's for lunch? 3.9.24

Hey! This is a late post. I didn't have the time or internet connection to post about lunch when we were having it, so its a few hours late. Although we did have lunch about 2-2.5 hours ago. So it was a pretty late lunch. There's a amazing little diner in Mossy Head, which is about fifteen minutes from the house. We we're back in town taking care of the dog and some other things that we needed to take care of. So we decided to go to the diner. It's owned by a married couple and they do all the meats smoked and everything themselves right there. It's one of those places that you can tell that someone put their whole hearts into. On top of that, they are super nice and the prices are AMAZING. I got paid for an article today, which meant we had a little big bigger budget for food. So we decided to go and have a decent meal where we could sit down. We each got a smoked bologna and cheese melt. We got identical sammiches with motzarella and provolone. And the bologna is a good 1/4-1/2 thick, it has completely ruined me for all other bologna. JJ would be proud of this sammich, if he were still here on myLot. We each got a sammich, and a sweet tea. And our total was $17.12. We each only ate half our sammiches. So we actually got two meals each out of the $17. Of course I tipped them. I think 20 percent. That's my usual. And they deserve it. @FourWalls if you're ever back down here, that's where we are meeting. Screw Ed's chicken sammich. This place is so much better! Anyhoo.
