Today I had parshe fish with eggs and rice. The parshe fish is a river fish. When the fish has eggs the eggs are fried with the fish. They are tasty. It is cooked with mustard paste turmeric and potatoes. They are eaten with rice.

I am not sure I would like the eggs with my fish, but who knows? I have never tried it, so I can't really knock it. It doesn't sound appealing though. But of course I have an American palate.
