I’m going over to Lexington to see the Mary Todd Lincoln House and have lunch with my niece. That’s about it!

I have seen the Mary Todd Lincoln house..have you been to the Horse park? I haven't been back to KY since 1999...so not sure what it looks like today...but it sure was nice back in the 80's. Went to the Henry Clay home as well. I lived out past there off Richmond Rd close to New Circle Rd. Behind Frisch's..loved their strawberry pie and chili. BUT, the only time I really miss KY is in the fall. Always loved the site of the mountains in full color.

@FourWalls I grew up in Mt Sterling, and my aunt lived in Lexington..My grandmother raised me, she was an antique dealer..small shop. She and I would go to Natural Bridge on Sundays sometimes. Loved going there and hiking up to the bridge...they have a ski lift up to it now. My daughter lives in Flatwoods, KY. She is a teacher and her husband is the pastor there. Anyway, I have a freind I grew up with that goes to Lexington quite often, and she tells me all the new stuff going on. I'd probably get lost if I went there now. Been in Florida since 1991. Mostly good memories of KY.

@Ghostlady — I’m a native Louisvillian, and I spent a lot of time in Florida as a teenager and in the Navy. I love Natural Bridge…went there a few years ago and confronted my acrophobia by riding the chairlift.

I always leave things open, but probably running some errands, and of course, we have a birthday party to attend for my niece's son's birthday at Chuck E Cheese on Saturday.

@Ghostlady I call their pizza barf on a crisp. To me, it's just awful. And Saturday reminded me of that fact. lol

I wish we had a Chuck E Cheese here. We used to have one and we had my grandson's b-day there. My daughter was scared that Hunter would be scared of Chuck E. Cheese, but he LOVED him. LOL And the pizza there was soooooo goooood! Thin crust...melted in your mouth! Haven't found anything like it.

Good luck with your appointments and tests. Our housekeeper is coming over today to work on a huge list of things to do. I have some calls to make. Nothing else planned. Have a good weekend.

Right now, I'm doing the laundry. Then I have to run the dishwasher. Get something to eat, and so on. I'm a little bit behind. Might have to think about planning a grocery run. If George is up to it.
