I have been gone most the day, I had a heart dr appt to go to
& it took over an Hr to get that behind me, I just don't get it.
My heart dr said my lab work I did last week looks good 
But he took me off some meds just to add 2 different meds
& he also told me some of my meds I take as needed now.
He want's to see me in 6 mons to see where I am with my
sugar levels as he has been keeping tabs on it as well HUM?
thats something I didn't know he was doing, but o.k I guess.
I have a dr visit with my diabetic dr in May so that ought to be
interesting to see what HE says, but my heart Dr want's to see
me in 6 mons to see where I am, & we'll go from there.
6 mons puts me in Sept the month I got OUT of the hospital
& in May will be the month I went in, So hum? where will my
health be by then? hopefully better than they say it is now.
I'm trying my best to quite smoking but it's harder than I
thought it could be when at 1 time I quite stone cold & that
was Because I was Pg & gave me a nasty taste for smokes.
So I'm going to try this (link B-low) being it's free & online
so I put my email in & I'll check on it tomorrow when I get
in the cabin to feed the fish & water the dogs tomorrow.
If Any 1 is looking to stop smoking I say take the chance
& see if this could help you out, I read most the article of
the way it's done, & like I said it's free & goes to your email.
So what I read in the article it makes sense on HOW it works
& if it does I'll be the 1st to say try it, but we won't know till it
happens, how long it will take? I don't know but if your interested
in the idea of stop smoking then take the time to check it out.

Yeah that's what I was thinking but they haven't
asked for my #'s in a while so they're not the same
as what they have, so he's going on OLD #'s.
I'm going to try my best to stop with the link B-low
Cause like what I read in the article it's a MIND
thing & I just have to set my mind to it to STOP.
But then when he said what he said about he was
surprised the Big D hasn't effected my kidneys yet
I'm like WHAT?? & he said that it will eventually
So I'm thinking no matter WHAT I do I'm doomed
anyway cause I'm NOT (NOT) going on no dame
mechine so dam what's left ?

yea I was thinking the same thing myself but that's hard
to do when you have 90 million things going on at the same
time, but yeah I will try to set up a appt with my MAIN Dr
being she don't want to see me till Aug. what's up with that?

Glad to hear things are mostly going well for you. I was an idiot and quit smoking for 13 years only to take it back up eventually. Now I vape. But I smoked for another five or so years before I switched. But I wish I'd have just stayed quit altogether. Oh well.

@2ndchances24 Yes. I still vape. Hopefully you can find a way to quit for good. I am sure in your case it will do more good than you think. But I know it's not easy.

@porwest I'm hoping it does cause from the sounds
of what the dr said it's for my own good with the way
my health is right now coming from the hospital
a few months back (Sept-23) so yea I may make
10 yrs if I can stop, that will give me the time I need
to make sure Hubby is taken care of B-4 I go.

So you still vape/smoke? I quite a LONG time ago
when I was Pg with my 1 st son & like a dummy
a few mons after having him like you, I started again.
Now the Dr says I NEED to stop cause of the D
(big D) cause it dosn't help the unsulin NOR me
.
He said he was surprised it has effeted my Kiddneys
"yet" I'm like YET what does that mean? & he told me
that Evenully it will effecrt my Kiddenys, w t ? . . . .

Yea maybe, I don't know any more I'm not use to all
this & not real sure if what they are doing is right or
not but who am I to say yea or nae on all this stuff.
