Gonna be a busy day!

I ended up fixing BBQ chicken quarters last night with Mashed taters and green beans. Today I have an appt at Walmart to get a set of tires put on my van. I cleaned it out yesterday..WOW..what a MESS it was. When I drove everyday as a taxi that van was spotless. It was vacuumed and washed daily. Since retiring I can't remember the last time I washed it or vacuumed it. It is going to take me a day or 2 to get it back to what I call decent. I say 1 or 2 days as I will have to take breaks often..just can't do things like I used to.
While they are changing my tires, I will be inside Walmart shopping, so all that will be done with, then home to clean up the kitchen and get ready for supper. Tom went to get some testing done at his cardiologist, so he probably wont be able to help much tonight. Thank goodness I am feeling so much better. Had a headache from hell last night..but doing good this morning. Everyone have a wonderful Day!

I have been thinking about cleaning my truck out. It needs it. But probably won't wash it. I think the dirt is holding the rust in place

Tom used to have a 73 Ford F100...I worried getting in and out as to whether I would fall through the floor.You could see the ground through the floor in places until he put a mat over it...LOL AND it leaked around the Windshield. I was happy when he finally got rid of it. Had some good times in that truck.

@Ghostlady That part of the truck still feels solid. But it drops rust when I shut the tailgate

I'm glad your headache is gone. We need to get tires for one of our cars too. I hope Tom's appointment went well. Have a great weekend.

Glad you are feeling better today. It is hard not being able to do what we once did. I am seeing it takes me more time to do things than it used to. But I am thankful I am still able to do what I do no matter how long it may take. Have a blessed weekend.

we don't realize what we use to do gets
