How are you Mylot Friends?. How was your Saturday
I had a good Saturday. I met some of my old friends yesterday. It was great to meet all of them, it felt like we were seeing each other every day.
We all met each other after almost two years. We chatted a lot and ate together and then headed home.
I felt so refreshed after meeting them... so happy that the friendship is still alive after all these years.

@just4him So we video call at least once a month. We have a WhatsApp group of 5 friends. Then video call can be done.

I also have two friends from school. After her marriage, she is living far away from her home town, so we don't meet much

That is wonderful. It is always nice to carch up with old friends. Every year I get together with a bunch of girls I graduated with and go away for an all girls weekend. We have so mucn fun together.

Oh! I am sorry to hear that your old friend has dementia... a friend of mine had brain shrink, he was a good friend of mine.

Yes, Thank you. The joy of meeting old friends is rare. It is not always possible to meet up with old friends as many have shifted to another town after getting married.

I share about the same feelings when I meet people I haven't seen in a while whom I have had a good relationship with. It really feels like time is just an illusion.

I agree with you, old friends are the very best friends.
I have a friend that I met when I was 14 years old, her hubby and my hubby met about 8 years later.
The 4 of us are very close.
We get together once a year for a fun time of laughter-just being together is such a rich feeling.

@LotusEyes I hope you enjoy a very good time with your friends.My childhood friends are also here in this town.We often meet each other.Although some of my friends have settled in distant cities.We talk to them over phone.
