Good afternoon.

This morning has been a bit of a late and crazy one. Chilly has been fed, I've taken my meds, and now George has had all the things he needs. Almost. I still have a pill and inhahailer to give him. But one thing at a time. My right knee is killing me, but when the race starts I can take a bath and wash my hair. The hot water will also help my knee.

A hot bath will be good for it. If you have it put some Epsom salt in

That's another thing to put on the shopping list. I've been just focused on the basics right now.

@wolfgirl569 I did, too. Just ran out. It was on the back burner because bills and stuff.

I love taking them. And, the race is one of the best times to do it, because I don't have to f with the t.v. for three hours. When George gets back, I'll give him a second tube feed.

Our “me” time is necessary and sure does help to regroup. I hope your knee feels better soon.

A hot bath will defiantly help with that.

Hot water will relieve knee pain. A hot water bag can also be used sometimes, but hot water will provide instant relief.
