There is an awesome aroma coming from the kitchen. I´ll go and see how it it. I don´t want to overcook meat. I finally did not cook anything as a side so I´ll cut a thin slice and make a sandwich adding one of the country delicious tomatoes I still have. Later. I´ll make the rice pudding. I might have that for dinner. What are you having for lunch?

I'll probably have yoghurt. I'm into eating as much calcium as I can at the moment.

I have heard that who cannot replace lost calcium in your body by drinking milk or the like.
