I don't have a clue what's going on, either it's my meds or something is going on that's not setting too well, I have had the runs for the past week now not sure why, I may call the dr & see if they will get me in to find out what is causing it. I'm not loosing weight, just have the runs when I wake up in the morn till I have 2 slices of Swiss cheese to stop it for the rest of the day, but something has to be causing it. I didn't have my protein chocolate this morn to see if that was the reason NOPE, I didn't have but 1 ice sparkle drink yesterday so that wasn't it, I barely ate anything yesterday, so that's not it. Does any 1 have any idea what would cause this? it's like I had a Enema or ate a lot of figs (WHICH I KNOW better) & I don't do such thing as that, so I KNOW something isn't working right. This is what I found, but of course knowing the meds I'm on & the foods I'm eating maybe it's cause my body is trying to get adjusted to the change or not excepting the change I D K?

I was thinking that since they have changed them up after my body had gotten use to what I was on for as long as I was on them, I was also thinking it "COULD" be the chocolate protein drink once a day as my coffee.

@2ndchances24 Diarrhea can be a common side effect of consuming protein shakes, especially if your body struggles to digest protein efficiently.

@LadyDuck I'm not talking about a shake, but a drink that I put a scoop of chocolate protein powder in a glass & 1% milk & heat it up, cause I LOVE my chocolate as a coffee for the morning, & being I have skipped on that for the past 2 days It seems to be the reason why I had the runs, SO BEING that has helped, I'm just staying with my NO SUGAR Swiss Miss chocolate which sucks BUT. If I need a good clean out that would be the way I could do it & to lose a FEW lbs, cause I've noticed that having the runs for a wk I've lost a few lbs which isn't a bad thing cause I DON'T want to get back where I was when I crashed.

Loose stool can be a nunber of things. Diet and medication changes are a couple of things. But, sounds like you may not be getting enough fiber. Fiber helps keeps things moving, but it will also help make things more solid.

That is something I didn't think about so that may be the cause thank you. Here's another video I found that's more recent & more info on it

Stress can cause it too and I know you are pushing to get things done. The doctor can help sort things out

Yeah I kinda figured that the stress I'm under may have something to do with it, but I don't think that's the cause. I was drinking a high protein powder drink I made as my coffee every morn & since I have stopped that, it seems to have stopped the runs, so that means it was the cause of it. I think that if I need a good clean out & lose some weight I can drink a few drinks of it & help me keep my weight where I want it & keep my system cleaned out every other wk.

Did you say you began a new medication? Read the side-effects on their website and see what is common. The medication I'm on doesn't affect me but I hear so many complaining about constant "runs."

I did think that was the cause of it, but I have found the cause which was the chocolate high protein powder drink I was making as my coffee (1 glass a day) that has been the cause of the runs. How do I know that you ask? well I stopped drinking it a few days & it seemed to have helped stop the runs, so I will just use the high protein powder drink as a system clean out every other week & to keep my weight down when I gain more than I want to gain.
