Lose weight with diet

Dieting can really help lose weight. I once lost 5 kgs using a calorie deficit diet. But after that, I slowly gained weight back when I didn't have time to pay attention to my meals. That's really an obstacle. How to avoid gaining weight again when temporarily stopping the diet?

Unfortunately you must continue to be careful what you eat if you do not want to gain back the weight you have lost.
