Lose weight with diet

Dieting can really help lose weight. I once lost 5 kgs using a calorie deficit diet. But after that, I slowly gained weight back when I didn't have time to pay attention to my meals. That's really an obstacle.
How to avoid gaining weight again when temporarily stopping the diet?

I think you are right. Perseverance is the most necessary thing.

Indeed, will is very important. I've noticed that people often let their guard down once they've started reaching their goal. And then fail! :(
