Do you think Trump will be able to pay his bond by next week?

Former American "president" Donald Trump claimed to be a billionaire. But he may be having trouble coming up with the $450 million he must post to appeal the current fraud case against him. What is your best guess as to how he will come up with this amount by next week? Perhaps he has been "messing with us," so he could raise more money from his supporters for his campaign. He may post the bond in cash early next week. Or perhaps he is really less rich than he claimed to be and doesn't yet know how to raise that amount of money. What do you think? I enjoy this guy. He is articulate and impartial. (see link.) Some Libs are saying (or implying) he might appeal to Saudi Arabia, Russia. North Korea, or China, to support him. Do you believe this could be true? I'll leave it at that.

@NJChicaa That's been my contention for a long time. Had he not done so, he would not have called so much attention to himself and he'd probably still be skating.

Either way, he's getting a ton of free publicity out of this. I think he'll come up with it.

In one way, it's free but in another way, it's costing him $464 Million plus interest, which is over $100,000 per day.

@xander6464 I would not want to bleed $100,000/day. But I'm not a trillionaire. Or whatever.

A lot of people think Saudi Arabia, Russia. North Korea, or China will help him...But as Alina Habba said, there are laws involved with taking money from them and will he obey those laws or set himself up for another felony conviction? He only has until Monday morning and I really hope no one helps him.

@TheHorse Maybe not because everything Trump does is watched by the Financial Monitor. I suspect that's why no foreign government has helped him yet. But I'm not sure. Lots of people still say one of them could do it.

@xander6464 Will there be more litigation once he is in prison? I have no clue.

If Putin sends him $500,000,000, wouldn't it take years for the authorities to figure out just how he did it? I still worry.

I read he is saying he has it now from fund raising. In other words he scammed his followers into giving it to him

I doubt he has half a million in cash. At least not in the US.

I doubt he has that much liquid assets. They are probably tied up in buildings, etc. This should be interesting. Have a good weekend.
