Potato curry called aloo dam is eaten both with chapatis and rice.

Out of the different vegetables potato is one of the most popular vegetable in Calcutta. The potatoes are cooked with peas and a dish called aloo dam is made. It is very tasty. It can be eaten both with rice and also with chapatis.
