23 March - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good afternoon from sunny, cold Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA where the sun is melting my snow. NOOOOOO! Unfortunately it's true. I just looked and it's gone. Melted. I think I hate the spring sun. We have more snow coming tomorrow, but it will change over to rain as the temps rise.
Okay, not too happy about that, but it's been a good day.
You know by now I'm a thankful person. I'm thankful we got snow and I could enjoy it while it lasted. I'm also glad I got as many pictures of it that I did. Proof that it really did snow.
I'm thankful for the time spent here with you today. I finished the notifications three times. I never did get away from the computer.
I'm thankful for the two chapters I worked on from Faith to Believe and New Horizons. I couldn't not work on them, even if I did feel lazy for 2.3 seconds.
I'm thankful I have all my steps. I'll still work on the foot cycle when I log off the computer when I post this.
I'm thankful for a delicious dinner. I had a lamb chop and baked potato.

I'm glad you got to enjoy the snow before it melted!
I'm thankful for no direct eye injury today in the rooster attack! He did enough damage though! I have stitches in my face, bruises and probably a black eye in the morning. I am also hoping that my left eye isn't swollen shut!!

You know what I am thankful for? I'm thankful that you have so many things to be thankful for. I have been working on the storyline of my short story "Grey Pearls". I hope to get it done and written up soon.

@celticeagle I can understand that. Sometimes I think it's why it takes so long for me to get the story moving and other times why it goes so well.

I'm thankful that Jay and I are healthy this week. We were sick throughout the first part of March, quite miserable. The sun is shining today, it's pretty outdoors. I'm thankful that we got our bills paid, a blessing from God.
