Didn't oversleep today.

Good morning.
It's partly sunny, decent, and George and I are both awake for the most part. He's up getting dressed and I've popped online to say hello, while I wait. He went to bed a little earlier, but it was still after 2 in the morning. Last night was a full moon, and sometimes he has insominia during a full moon. At least he's alright.

Insomnia during a full moon? I've never heard of that. It sounds like a belief system.

George always did believe full moons make people crazy and stuff. He's usually a lot more wired during one. If 'ts especially bright, and clear out it's worse. Probably because it tricks him into thinking it's day. Honestly, everyone's different.

@kaylachan I agree that everyone is different. I also can't sleep during the day. So if the night was bright like the day, then I'll stay awake.

I overslept for the both of you. Looks like it's no longer a beauty sleep if you indulge for too long. 
I didn't bother looking at the full moon, but it makes sense it affects some people. Thankfully it only comes once a month or so.

I love looking out at full moon nights. One of the reasons I miss my garden in Latvia. Sometimes on full moon nights, we would go out and sit for a while in the garden if the weather was warm, This is the last photo I took of a full moon from my garden.
