A skunk that had a jar filled with peanut butter stuck on its head that could have caused the end of the life of the skunk had a happy ending when the officials of the Brampton Animal Services (BAS) in Ontario Canada answered the call from concerned persons to remove the jar from the head of the skunk on Wednesday of last week. The method of removing the jar that was stuck on the head of the skunk was when one officer held the skunk while his partner was able to remove the jar from the head of the skunk safely. How long did the skunk have the jar on its head is not known. The good news of this story is that the skunk was not injured and the skunk was free to go to its home the same day. Thankful they were able to help the skunk and that it didn't spray them because of fear.

People have got to be more responsible when they dispose of their garbage.

I feel so sorry for animals having to suffer due to the trash humans leave lying around, I am glad this skunk will be all right,

I saw many cases like this on YouTube. They search for food and they become stuck.

Not only do I wonder how the jar got on its head, but did the rescuers need protective clothing against any spray from the skunk while they removed the jar.

Although I don't like skunks especially after one sprayed the AC unit about a month ago, I'm glad they rescued it.
