What I Ate Yesterday - 3/26/24

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I haven't shared my food and numbers in a while I know. I haven't been on plan as I should have been. That started Friday when the fish truck came to town, they only come through a couple times a year. Then Saturday went out of town shopping, so we had lunch out (pizza). Didn't feel like getting back on plan on Sunday, so I didn't. Then yesterday we made that long trip (6 hours on the road) so had another meal out. That's not a usual thing though, just some times life happens...and that is how things go. So how much damage was done? Last weigh in (3/23/24) - 207 New Weigh in (3/26/24)- 212 Starting was 216.8 so still down...but have a lot of new water weight to lose. What did I eat today? Meal 1 - BBQ chicken tender wrap (with a zero net carb tortilla, but the chicken was lightly breaded so added some carbs). Meal 2 - Beef frank with one slice of low carb bread (1 net carb per slice) Meal 3 - 3 oz deli chicken, 2 string cheese sticks and a protein bar (built puff bar, brownie batter flavor). Macros for the day - Calories - 999 Protein - 78 Fat - 62 Carbs - 47 Fiber - 16 Net carbs - 31 Was not too bad with the numbers....total carbs were higher, but having a tortilla, slice of bread, and the protein bar that added a lot of total carbs - but had a good amount of fiber. Protein was okay, but could be a bit higher. I know calories should be closer to 1200. What do you think of the day of eating? Think I'll drop any of the water weight? In the future hopefully I can stick to only 1 day of carbs. Eventually not going back to carbs would be best but not to where I can promise that yet. Image is mine - another bunny design. If I enjoy I gain weight though....and I got a lot to lose

@MommyOfEli2013 Hmm.. I never had this problem of gaining weight. But now with menopausal age, even I have started putting on and I need to be careful. Hope that you are back to track.

@arunima25 well that is good you didn't before then. I gained all my life.... I got back on for a few days but then with the holiday broke it again.
