It's only noontime, and I've had 2 baths already!

We're in the middle of the great summer heat now and the weather app says it's about 32-24 degrees Centigrade but ACTUALLY feels like 39-40 degrees . I know it's hotter in the other regions and provinces in my country. But, oh, boy... this heat level is already such a challenge for me. I feel so sorry for those in the hotter regions. Classes have been cancelled because of the dangerous heat index. We've been drinking a lot of fluids, eating watery fruits, and staying indoors most of the day. In this country house, the air-conditioning is only in the master's bedroom. I stay there only when I need to take a nap. Otherwise I stay upstairs where there's plenty of windows. I hope the weather gets better on Thursday, when my daughter goes on a field trip with her classmates. And, yes, I've had two baths already. Might go for two more in the afternoon and before bedtime. Whew.
