Does online meeting make you nervous or a real meeting?

If travelling is concerned, i would opt for online meeting. Just, having a recent online meeting, i felt extremely nervous.
it is not an everyday for me, i had to reconsider many things like, not flashy colour of my clothes, tidy room, etc. Also, that awkward feeling will the person show up;in the past, some bailed me.
And, finally, looking at myself in small corner and feeling nervous cause i hadn't spoken foreign language in this way for ages.
I am better in person though, i hate travelling. How about you?

I prefer a real meeting.
It's hard for me to concentrate with online meetings.

me too. i can better sense if they are serious or not and other things. i am still waiting for a feedback. i applied at the end of march, on the 20ish, they contacted me before easter, after easter was a meeting and now waiting again. not a good sign usually, don't you think?

Yes it does. I won;t do those surveys that require an online meeting.

i didn't have to fill in any survey for a meeting but i emailed a few times to a person, hoping we could have a meeting earlier but he wanted only one day for the interview. i also didn't get his feedback as he said so, sent him an email and waiting him to respond. it is usually not a good sign when he didn't contact me first but, what to do

Same, I'm very anxious until I finally meet the people, then in-person is better.
Online meetings can be quite awkward especially when you find technologically unsavvy folks or unaware pets and people passing by, as well as clothes and background elements.

yes, so many things to think about online meetings my meeting was okay, 30 minutes flew fast but with some other people, even 15 minutes was too much. i like that natural feeling, which is in person.
also, i was very surprised that this freelance job, which should be done in my city needs an online meeting. maybe because they are a foreign firm

I dont like online meetings. During lockdown days had to attend them. One is one interaction is best in physical meetings
