Tweaking My Schedule For The Month.

Hello there, everyone. I’m getting ready to head home from the coffee shop, but I wanted to hop on here first because otherwise, I won’t get a post in today.
I looked at my budget book last month, and I think I’m spending too much money at the coffee shop. The small drip coffee is only $2-something and comes with free refills, but it still adds up when you’re ordering it 3-4 days a week. However, it’s easier to focus on my work at the coffee shop.
So, I’ve decided that I’ll work at the coffee shop three days a week and at home two days a week (in my workspace, once I clean it out) for April. I need to save even a little money each week and build my funds back up.
Now, whether or not I continue this in May depends on how much money I save and my focus. If I have trouble focusing those two days at home, I’m still losing money. So my backup plan is to order a cheap snack and water on those two days, which allows me to give them my business without going overboard.
But for now, it’s three days at the coffee shop and two days at home. I really need to work on improving my focus at home anyway. You never know when the weather or catching a cold or whatnot will prevent me from working outside the home.

Right! Unfortunately, it's in the dining room, but starting early is the best practice because it's usually empty. I cleaned my workspace yesterday, it got too cluttered because I've been neglecting it, so I'm feeling good about that. It was nice to journal at my desk last night.

Best of luck to you and I hope it all works out for you. I have managed to balance my work and find it easy now to take care of my survey taking in the mornings, doing blogging twice a week and in between posting on Vocal Media, I just earned a $15 Amazon gift card today,

I wasn't doing too well on Vocal Media. I'll get back on there, but I do better on Medium, and I'm starting a Substack (I have the account but I'm not ready to go public with it yet). I do like the set-up of Vocal though, so it may be worth trying again. I'm going to work on some surveys later, I want to use one of them for visiting the coffee shop. Oooh, that's awesome! Are you cashing out now or waiting until it gets higher?

I thought of studying and 'working' outside too, mainly because I need an excuse to get out but I guess it'd help me be more productive as well. So cool the coffee shop you have there offers free refills! I doubt there will ever be such a thing here. 
Then you also have to take into account the time it takes to commute, isn't time money too?

I hope you can find a place! It's a decision I'll never regret, just need to visit 3 days a week instead of 5 until I get my budget in order. For me, it's about 5 minutes from my house when walking, so it's a very short commute that doesn't require driving (I live in a big city).

I have been pretty much out all day, or at least where I couldnt spend any time earning any money. I think I am going to see if I can use my phone to bluetooth the internet connection to my laptop, they used to do that with older phones.
If not I will bluetooth my phone to my laptop-then just type posts out here bluetooth them to my phone and post them. But I have been trying to spend some time each day on justplay, and at least get 2 cashouts to paypal a day which is only $4, but $ x seven days is $28, and that means in two weeks I could pay my phone bill

I need to start doing survey sites when I'm out, like in the car (since I don't drive). I can't use my tablet or laptop in the car or I'll get car sick. I hope you're able to do it though.
I'm trying to get back into my survey sites, plus writing on here and Medium and starting a Substack, all with my writing orders. I'm going to spend the rest of the month getting my schedule in order, and then start posting on my Substack next month.

@thislittlepennyearns It's like a "newsletter" but in blog format. You can put your posts behind a subscription and earn from them. I'm going to do a mixture of free and paid posts though.
