Do you feel tired or not yourself when temperatures drop down? :/

I am not feeling like myself. Like I'm in endless dream, feeling too dreamy and sleepy, with a slight headache.
For a good change, today's daily temperature is barely 70F while yesterday and all other days was actually in the 80s, gosh.
I had such a good morning walk today but after that, I am like Sleeping Beauty, feeling tired about everything

Yes, both cold and hot temperatures make me sleepy. I'm like a delicate indoor plant.

When its too hot, I could barely sleep its so uncomfortable. AC is a must for a good sleep. When its cold, that's the time I feel sleepy and would even nap during the day.

@greenery8 No;I don't feel tired when the temperature drops down.Instead;I feel more energetic.And if the temperature goes up;it makes no difference.We are used to high temperature.

@grenery8 It's not me only;every Indian is used to high temperature.Now the mercury is bouncing 43C.Later it will cross 45 or;sometimes even 50C.
