Well, our new washer and dryer are here and I have my first load of laundry in it. It's already been through the quick rinse and drying cycles. It's loud, but nothing we won't get used to. I feel so fancy, because they come with digital timers and conpasitive buttons. I'm just loving it. I still have to feed Chilly, but My legs need a break.

Yes, the new ones come with nice screens and sounds. And noises, but that can vary depending on what you're washing and drying.
