John Alfred Tinniswood, who is 111 years old, is the new world's oldest man. The Guiness World Records confirmed this since the oldest man in Venezuala died at the age of 114 (Juan Vicente Perez), and in Japan, Gisaburo Sonobe died at the age of 112 on March 31 of this year.
In Southport, northwest England, the Guiness World Records gave this Englishman the title of being the oldest individual in the world. He revealed his secret. It was not only having fish and chips every Friday, but having the luck of being alive. He was born in Liverpool on August 26, 1912.
Do you also think that leading a healthy life requires moderation?
How do you feel about the notion that a long life is only a product of luck?

My grandmother was 105 years old. At the age of 100, she can still wade into the river to buy fresh fish. She only became weak when my grandfather passed away. It's really difficult to know whether there is a secret to living a long life or not. Living healthy and happy is the most important thing.

I can not tell what is the real secret. My grandmother is like yours. She can even remember the dates of her children's birthdays and knows the date when she got married. The fun fact about her is she likes going to the Casinos to play slot machines before the pandemic.

Wow! He doesn't look a day over 110! Actually he looks really good even if he was in his 90's.
Secret to long life: 1. Good genes 2. Good diet 3. Limit or no drinking 4. No smoking 5. Limit stress.
And prayer can't hurt...
