Do you believe following your insights is lsolation?

Good evening my lot people, l hope this post finds you better.
The day had gone so well. I have had some good time just staying at home doing the garden work here and there because it had been raining for the whole day.
lts even raining as l am typing this post.
So have you ever found yourself in the situation where you are all alone for just following your insights.
For me l have experienced that it brings the sense of isolation in step.

I feel more lonely with people I don't easily connect with, than being on my own. I think I enjoy the isolation but it's important to have that in moderation, the risk of turning insane is high.

@dya80dya If you keep in touch with people from time to time, it's unlikely to happen. After all, hanging out with the "wrong people" can turn someone insane too. Insanity is a very broad term, so I mostly mean losing touch with reality or losing some basic functions such as the ability to speak or care after oneself. It happens in some severe cases of hikikomori syndrome.
