Flabberfasted at the prices tonight!

Tom can not eat solid food tonight, so I decided to go out and eat, so he wouldn't be tempted to eat. He is having a medical procedure in the morning. Back to dinner. I finally decided on Sonic. What a giant mistake. One single Sonic burger, a small tater tot, and a small diet coke...$9.52! WTH? If my coupons from Subway weren't expired, I could have gotten a 6" sub for $6.99! I haven't been to Sonic in over a year, so had no idea how expensive they had gotten. Almost afraid to try McD's. I KNOW Wendy's is high...unless you get that special they have. Won't be going back to Sonic for SURE!

Inflation hits hard. The food service industry is where it hits hardest.

All the fast food places have gone up in price. They have to now pay their help $20 per hour so someone has to pay for that.

Fast food has gotten really expensive. Coupons definitely help.

The bad thing about it, was the hamburger was just AWFUL. I ended up taking all the garden stuff off, and just eating the burger with 1 part of the bun. The tater tots taste like Old Oil. We used to go to Sonic a Lot, as they had styrafoam cups, and I could reuse them. Won't be going back there again.
