How to fast and smoothly unlock my Facebook account?

My Facebook account was locked on April 2nd this year for the reason what I don't know,I think the biggest reason may be that my computer's operating system has been changed frequently recently.But the unlock interface says someone logged into my Facebook account.Recently I have unlocked several times, but still failed to unlock,the process needs to upload an ID photo.Maybe there's something wrong with the photos I uploaded,so they can't be passed.Do any of you know what the requirements are for uploading the photo,hope to help me unlock my Facebook account.Here is a picture of my Facebook account being locked below.Thank you!

I know the steps, but I don't know what's wrong with the photos. I used my own ID card, and I still didn't get through.

I hope you can get this sorted out, but I am not on Facebook so I will not be able to help you. I had my account deleted on tumblr for no apparent reason, so now I do not bother with that site.
