Today's trip to the little Tesco.

I've just been to the little Tesco again. Before I went out we saw our next door neighbour Joan taking Willow for a walk with her trolley. She uses her trolley to help her walk, she finds it easier than a walking stick. I had four letters to post and I asked my Mum if she had anything to post and she said she'd got a card to post but she hadn't written it yet, so she said she'd write it later and post it herself. She asked me if I wanted to get some stamps or wether I'd prefer her to get some later, and I said, I'd prefer it if you get some later! I said you can get some stamps from the desk at the big Tesco. I set off down the street. I crossed the road ready to go round the corner to the post box. I saw Joan and Willow coming back on the other side. Willow saw me and came bounding over! I had a little stroke of her. Joan came up and said, I'm sorry, she doesn't usually run off. And I said, Well, she knows me, doesn't she? And Joan said, Oh, do you live on this street? And I said, Yeah, I live at No.11. She said, Oh, I live at No.9, what are the odds? I said, It's Sharon! And she said, Oh, sorry Sharon! I can't see! I can't see people! Anyway, she went home and I carried on to the post box. As I was coming up to the post box a workman was coming back round to his van which was parked on the road approaching the post box. He said Hello. I posted my letters one at a time into the post box. Then I crossed the road and continued on to the little Tesco. When I was coming up to the Tesco there was a lorry outside by the area where they deliver stuff, it had TESCO in big letters at the top, and then at the bottom in smaller letters it said, My other van is a trolley! I crossed over the crossing and into the Tesco. I got my basket and put it on top of my trolley. I got the two TV magazines as usual. Then I got a bounty bar for Syd, and I got 2 chocolate croissants for my Mum and Syd. My Mum wanted me to get about 3 bananas, because she prefers the organic bananas which she thought we could only get from the big Tesco, so she wanted to get those tomorrow. But then when I came to the bananas I saw that they did have organic bananas after all! So I got some of those! Then I went and got some strawberries, and then I got some Alpen with no added sugar for me. Then all I needed to get was 2 bottles of milk, and then I went to pay. It came to just over £14. When I came out there was a lovely little Westie doggy outside, you know, those cute little white ones? There was also a little black doggy with him. I went Ahw as I went passed. Then I went home. When I got in I gave my Mum her change, shopping list and Tesco club card. Then I took off my coat and shoes and went to the toilet. Then I unpacked the groceries and put them away. When I came in with the bananas I held them behind my back and said, Guess what I got? She looked at me blank so I brought out the bananas and said, Organic bananas! And my Mum said, Oh, good! I told my Mum about what happened when I met Joan in the street! Homes Under the Hammer had already started when I came in. Now I am watching it. What are you lot getting up to today?
