I got an adjustment for my e wallet

My e-wallet sent me a message that they credited 250 pesos or more or less 5 dollars to my Gcash account m. I really don't have idea what is this adjustment is for.. I have never experienced that I lost money so I don't see any reason for the adjustment.

The transaction history only indicated an increase in the wallet and only specified adjustment. I am just glad that it was an addition to my balance.

THis is why I prefer my Bank account directly. But 7-11 doesn't have the bank feature anymore that sends the amount directly. I just sent it through gcash.

@Letranknight2015 , When cashing in I prefer to do the fund transfer thru GoTyme Bank because it is free. I can also fund my Gotyme free thru Robinsons and other partners. I do not like to cash in at 711 because they deduct charges. I was just amazed that they credited my wallet with 250.

Most ewallets will have a transaction history. I'd look through those to see if you can figure it out.

The e-wallet, has integrated the "transaction history" into the wallet's dashboard. You can easily see exactly your balance and the full history of all your transactions, when you open the wallet.

My transaction history only stated 250 pesos was added to my wallet. They also sent me a message they they have adjusted my balance.

@florelway - For what I have read online all those who experienced an unauthorized deduction are now receiving an adjustment.
