Can you return things for free after buying them?

Today I am going to return my portable speaker. It has lights and it's black. I bought it only to test it, but the sound doesn't have good quality. If I don't return it as soon as possible I can't return it anymore. I can return it for free in 14 days or 30 days. On May 1st we will have holidays. And after that Easter will come. This year we celebrate Easter on May 5th. Most people celebrate Easter earlier, but I am Orthodox. I am glad we have this opportunity (returning things for free).

This is good. Some stores ask for money when we want to return products.

We also can return things for free, for how many days it depends on the store.

Here many stores want us to pay the shipping. But there are two big stores which accept free returns.

@dya80dya - Return is free if what we bought does not work or it is defective. We pay the return fee if we "changed our mind" and we do not want anymore what we bought.

The stores here are not that good. They allow you to return the product which has defects only. Then they will give you another one and see if the new one makes a difference Alternatively, you can buy other things with similar amount of money.

This is bad. I had the same problem in the past. They didn't accept my product. But they changed the law recently. If they don't accept returns and you aren't happy about a product you can sell it.
