What's for din? Cinco de Drinko Edition. 2024.

Don't let that title get you exicited- there was nothing Hispanic about what I am eating for dinner. That's right, its ten to eleven and I am just now eating dinner. It's been one of those days. LOL We just got back to the house. I was planning on making a baked potato but I didn't want to wait all that time on one, so I settled for pizza rolls. I also mixed up some garlic salt, ranch dressing and sour cream to dip them in. I grabbed a Pepsi and now am sitting on the floor in our bedroom watching Family Guy and eating. So it's nothing exciting about my food. Chris is eating 4 mini sausage breakfast biscuits with grape jelly. Super thrilling meal here tonight. Did anybody celebrate today's holiday? Did you have a special meal?

No special meals over here. I made a tasty enough vegie meal that had ravioli and tomato sauce in it. Broccoli on the side.

@thislittlepennyearns Cheese ravioli that I buy from Safeway's freezer. I made a substitute for meat with garbanzo beans, zucchini, potato, garlic powder, oatmeal. I put the baked substitute in with the sauce and ravioli like a person puts hamburger in.

I tried a pie with feta cheese, pine nuts and red pepper. Very tasty, but I didn't make it myself
