I have to give credit to the firefighters who are employed by the Parkers Mill Fire Department in Kentucky who answered an emergency call from a concerned animal lover that is pet cow fell into the above ground pool around 3 o'clock in the morning on Saturday.
The cow went out for a walk when the 1,400 pound fell into the above ground pool and she needed the assistance of the Parkers Mill Fire Department to rescue the cow and return her to her owner next door.
The good news is that the cow was not injured. It is odd for firefighters to rescue cow that fall into above ground pools overnight.

I am in agreement with you with the cow being rescued was a good deal.

Perhaps there was a platform leading up to the pool, as I don't think the cow could jump over the walls of that pool, otherwise. Proper pool fencing might have prevented this mishap from happening.

Most likely a platform was near the pool when the cow fell into the pool.

You are right that accidents happen in regard with cows getting into bodies of water.
