When it is the season for jack fruits we make atleast one snack using jack fruits. It is a snack where jack fruit is ground with rice and jaggery and to which scraped coconut is added. The stuff is rolled in leaves and this time we used fig leaves and steamed.
It is a delicious and filling snack

@allknowing As here we have the similar food as I said above, it is not a snack. Since yours and it looks similar, so it gives me an impression that yours doesn't look like a snack.

@allknowing Yes, in Punjab province. I have a friend there he sends me a crate ever now and then.
