Women Empowerment

Almost in every country's female employer paly a key role in the economy. some women holds executive position in organization but as compare to men, we can not ignore her position. but most of the people think that women can not play a vital role in organization success, they think women (female) can not have a logic and make decision without keep in mind their result. but my opinion is totally different from them.

Hard to modify old way of thinking and stereotype created by men (male). Women are different, but NOT less intelligent or less capable than men. In some business women are a lot better than men.

The mentality that women cannot do anything of value should be fixed but it's very hard since most of us grew knowing that women are less than men

It truly is difficult to fix on how people think and see women in any field and industry. What made it even harder to change is the existence of acts of stereotyping in which many young generations would naively follow when tolerated.
