What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I am having homemade enchiladas filled with salsa chicken. I had them already made in the freezer so I am just baking them now that I am back from training. To go with it I'm going to have Gulf-coast style white rice and some sauteed zucchini. I haven't eaten anything yet today so I need something substantial.
