At first I thought this is a meme but its for real. 
Does she expect the natives of Spain to speak English on their own turf on their own country. She also told Spaniards to not have holidays in Spain and go to Spanish speaking countries instead so British tourist like her wont struggle.

Then she end up in region of wales where everyone speaks Welsh UK have other languages like Scottish, Welsh,Irish and they have a high number of Hindi speakers.
