The power of SILENCE

There are a lot of misconception about being silent. Some people assume that if you are silent you are guilty. Some will think you are clueless because you are silent. Time has changed and so as the people around.
Some people become silent to avoid drama and misunderstandings. Some are silent because they are preparing something for the good benefit of their goals and dreams. That is for me the greatest power of being silent.
If you are silent your mind is peaceful and ideas will just come. I for instance become silent whenever Im tired or just done . Not mad at all but silent because Im saving my energy for something better.Or I just put my headset and ignore the world.
Fellow lotters, how do you keep silent? What steps do you usually do?

I am silent so I do not have to talk to those that are nit buce and not nice and just ignore them. I like your idea of putting the headset on to drown out the world or ig more it as you put it. I would put a headset on to drown out the world so I can be in my own world.

I love at times to listen to music while working on the computer. I do not listen enough to it. You are welcome. You are right that everyone needs space but I am still searching for mine. I will not get any here so have to find a place where I can get it.

I believe this actions indicates you being maturely dealing the situations.
Personally when things go south and other person is aggressive or passive aggressive and only think of their sides
not the others. It's better to avoid the drama and focus on yourself.

While silence has its merits at times, love when it needs to speak up, almost always does so.
Love is active, not passive, and in any situation, the situation should be assessed, and action taken as needed, rather than just following will-nilly an attitude of silence, which in some cases, could be just withdrawal.
We need to act up, speak up, and perform up, rather than sit silently by, when things are happening around us, and where we could take appropriate loving action, where, and whenever, we are able to do so.
