3rd time we (well really Tom) have used it. He cooked a sausage dog on it last night. Tonight he put mustard and Smokehouse Maple Seasoning on Pork chops. I put 2 ears of corn in the oven, and added mashed taters. Tom had control over the pork chops. I saw the pork chops before they were cooked, and saw the mustard bottle next to them. I said "Mustard on the Pork Chops?" He said he saw a video on it. That Grill is so awesome. It would have taken 30 min to get the old one to cook 2 chops. It took 7 minutes at 400° on the new grill. Could not taste the mustard, but that seasoning was really good. Hoping we have chicken wings tomorrow night..I bought a bottle of Buffalo Wings Parmasean Sauce to try. Tom is getting a smoke box to put on the grill and a meat thermometer.

We use our meat thermometer a lot. It's really useful for telling if the meat is cooked right through.

We do too, but you can buy this Bluetooth Thermometer that you download an app on your phone. It plugs into the meat, and not only tells you the temp as it cooks, but you can set the timer to when it is time to turn the meat over. Atleast that is how I understand it. Like I said Tom is in charge of the grill, and right now he is loving it. LOL

You can cook your corn on the grill too! Your new grill sounds awesome. Food always tastes better on a grill. Have great day.
