My back is sore. Nothing like when I woke up this morning, but still hurts. Pain killers are my friend. George spent most of the day outside, which is normal for him, or used to be before his stroke. We also talked about going out to pick up things. He was talking about hamburger, again. So we'll eventually get some. Just one thing at a time, though. One day at a time, too.

I'm sorry to hear about your back pain, but it's good to know it's not as bad as this morning. Taking it slow definitely sounds like the way to go, especially when dealing with discomfort. It's nice that George could spend some time outside, too. Hopefully, a little fresh air felt good for both of you. A hamburger run sounds like a nice little outing to plan for when you're both up for it. Take care of yourself, and remember, one day at a time is always a good approach.

I am. I kind of have to. I would've burned out months ago and not have been able to do anything. It's been an adjustment for both of us.
