What's for dinner? June 8 / myLot

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I am going easy tonight and making Carmine's Penne alla Vodka. (penne with vodka sauce) I can make it in my sleep. I don't have fresh parsley or basil but dried will do in a pinch. Can't go wrong with a comforting Italian-American dish in my book! That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

I had a frozen Stouffer's dinner for lunch, Escalloped Turkey and Noodles, and had my usual PB&J for dinner.

I had squash casserole my stepmom made. It’s so good I requested that for my birthday present last year. She asked me what I wanted, and that was it! She made it this week, and was nice enough to give me the leftovers.

Cheater’s gazpacho, the last of my BBQ chicken on a matzah (since I’m out of bread), chicken & rice, and an apple. Very tasty for leftovers.
