Curtis Stone is an Australian chef, author, and television personality who sells his cookware, kitchen tools, spices, meat, fish, and some other things on HSN. He is on HSN about every three or four months with some new kitchen gadgets or some new food that he is selling. I buy my salmon from there. They are 6-ounce filets which is good since you usually get a 4-ounce filet in restaurants. He sells things like Parmesan-crusted chicken, shrimp cakes, beef and pork meatballs, Kobe-style Wagyu Beef Burgers, and thick-cut pork bacon. I am having salmon for dinner in a couple of hours.

QVC used to sell some dynamite crab cakes; but they are way too expensive now. I hope you enjoyed your salmon. Have a good new week.

I sure do. I have an HSN card and I treat myself occasionally. I also buy my daughter a new outfit when they go on sale. So she has something nice to wear to see the doctor. I don't buy them for myself cause I don't go anywhere very often.

I love salmon. Usually every summer a friend of mine catches salmon and gives soon to me. It is so good being fresh.

I used to have a co-worker who enjoyed fishing but didn't care for fish. She'd bring them to me. I love fish. Both trout and salmon. Of course sea food too.
