Pakistan are OUT of the T20 World cricket championships in the USA after Ireland v USA was washed out . The USA now progress to the next stage, great for the host nation but unexpected. Pakistan blew it when they lost to India in a low scoring match of many on the controversial New York drop-in pitch. Pakistan needed 47 runs off 47 balls at tone stage with 8 wickets in-hand but still lost.

Pakistan , regardless of their past achievements, is not a team that are capable of big wins. Ever since last World cup, they have downgraded to very lows in terms of quality. 2-3 players cannot help a 11 member team. Their morale is low, they have not upskilled. Add to that, their team culture is awkward. They got a wicketkeeper who may have been best in their PSL but not for international standards. They are clueless on fitness nor play with intentions. It is a total mess. Moreover, there is a feeling that most are happy with T20 league contracts and have lost pride playing for country. Well, they also have other troubles in their country. So to sum up, it is a total mess

Also it looks that their players are not fit. They are not as active as players of other teams.

Well, you have summed up everything in a nutshell quite well. There are so many problems, that it's really getting hard to solve each of them. And unless that doesn't happen, seeing them win again and continue the winning stream will be quite hard. One thing that strikes me here is this - Pakistani players couldn't be a part of the prestigious Indian Premier League. It's a money-spinning league, we all know. Now, due to obvious reasons, the BCCI decided not to have those players on contract. Just imagine what a big opportunity they have lost, in terms of monitor gains. That's not easy to digest for players who are known for swash-buckling hitting or bowlers who shine at the international level. (I can imagine if I miss something and my neighbor is getting that how I'll feel ) That's exactly what's happening. To make up for the "lost chances" the players could be trying to make up things and getting contracts similar to IPL. I AM JUST GUESSING. The obvious tilt towards those benefits can seriously hamper serving the nation. Again, I'm just guessing from what we know between these two countries.
