RECURRING FLU

I tend to have this a little bit weird kind of flu which keeps visiting me every one or two months. It specifically targets the 18th - 20th day of the month and with it come eye allergy and sneezing. Some doc claims my immune system has gone down and I need to take serious tests and appropriate medication. Who else experiences this kind of flu? How do you manage it? I would love to know.
