Some tribes eat raw dung

I was reading an article on one of weird sites around. I love exploring and learning more about other people’s way of life. Among many others, there is this tribe in the Rift Valley region of Kenya which bewildered me. When a cow is slaughtered, they do not throw away the dung that was within the cow’s tummy at its time of demise; they mix it with blood and make some kind of food, which is eaten raw! I forgot to search more about its name, but to me it sounded really weird! What weird food have you come across or heard of? I would like to know!
