I go tanning during the fall and winter months to keep up my color and spirits. The salon keeps promoting shots of "Texas Babe" dry oil shots. I go there when I have a break at work so I was always hesitant to try it to boost color while wearing work clothes and having to go back there. I bought a bottle from Amazon though.
Today was the first day I tried it while at the pool. Yes it is an oil but I wouldn't say it is a "dry" one. I wouldn't want to put regular clothes on after using it. I applied it everywhere except my face. I got great color today.
I think that Texas Babe tanning oil is a good product but it definitely isn't a "dry" oil. It will stain clothes.

I think I would be more worried about protecting my skin personally, than using a tanning oil..but you do you I guess.
