Tom made Hot Wings tonight. I am so full I could bust.
Went to the grocery to get Heinz 57 Tom mixes it with Crystal Hot Sauce and butter to coat the wings. NO Heinz 57 at the store I went to, and since I had to get a bag of ice, I could not stop anywhere else. So I got him Sweet Baby Ray's wing sauce, and he mixed it with Crystal Hot Sauce. Did not taste his wings...Since I didn't have enough of Buffalo Wild WIngs Parmasean sauce, I mixed it with Sweet Baby Ray's Parmasean Sauce. Have to say, it was really good..The Sweet Baby Rays took some of the heat from the BWW.
Tom just started eating his wings...he always fixes mine first. He said it tasted really good at first...LOL...then he got a big bite, and said you can really taste the vinegar in it. Guess it will be back to Heinz 57. LOL

Not sure how to explain it. So I Looked it up:

Yeah...He loves to cook and watches videos when he wants to try something new..which is not very often. He has a recipe book written by Firemen, and makes his Chili and Spaghetti sauce from that book. He doesn't like Garlic in anything but Italian food. I sneak it in every once in a while as I LOVE it.
Really I think it is the brand..he KNOWS how it tastes, and likes it. There is a bar here that is well known for their wings, and years ago he dated a girl that worked there and learned how to make their hot sauce.

@Ghostlady ~ I can only take in a moderate amount of heat, unlike some who like their food hot and spicy. But with garlic I put it in most of the food I cook.
