Between boiled chicken and spicy chicken the boiled one is healthy.

In bengal there are 2 types of chicken curry which are popular. One is the boiled chicken curry which is in the form of chicken strew. The other one is the spicy chicken curry which has chilli powder and chicken masala. Between the two the boiled one is more healthy. It is easy to digest with boiled beans, tomatoes, onions, carrots.

I like chicken fixed anyway. Mostly home made chicken noodle soup.
