With reference to allopathy there is not a single medicine that has no side effects. Let me give you an example Norflox 400 is taken when one has UTI and are its side effects Chest pain or discomfort chills diarrhea discouragement fast, irregular, pounding, or racing heartbeat or pulse feeling sad or empty fever flushing or redness of the skin hives or welts, itching, or skin rash increased sweating irritability irritation or soreness of the mouth itching of the rectal area lack of appetite loss of interest or pleasure nausea pain and inflammation at the joints pain or discomfort in the arms, jaw, back, or neck redness of the skin shortness of breath sweating swelling of the foot or hand swelling of the stomach tingling of the fingers tiredness trouble with concentrating trouble with sleeping unusually warm skin vomiting Source: Is there nothing allopathy can do to produce medicines that have no side effects?

All medicines have side effects, better to avoid as much as we can. If you read the side effects of statine (to lower cholesterol) you will be even more scared.

@allknowing - My husband also started on statine years ago, he had muscle pain and cramps and a friend doctor told him to stop immediately. Omega-3 fatty acids can significantly reduce triglycerides. I serve salmon twice a week, as well as mackerel and sardines. No more dangerous medicines.

Those side effects sound horrendous! I'm Lucky, my medication has no side effects. At least none that I'm aware of.

Doctors never tell us about their side effects. I always check the Net.

@allknowing Oh, the potential side effects are written on a leaflet inside the box of my tablets, but I never seem to get any of them. Fingers crossed.

Sometimes I think side effects can make people sicker than they are, I think if possible natural medications are the best but they cannot help in all matters, I always thank the Lord I don't have to take any medications,

And they do not even tell the patients about it.
