Did i insult my private dentist by saying i need an appointment...

for my toothache and also stating that i hoped for my teeth to be healthier cause i went to his place the whole last year?
Also, i feel dentists and doctors have a huge ego, right?
He wasn't cheap and last time fixing my teeth, i was shocked a bit that he charged me a fee for coming there, for only a check-up and then for a service. If you have a patient who gave you money 12 months last year, i mean, couldn't you give a little discount. Obviosuly, not.
Also, i don't get it why my teeth are driving me mad after some time of peace, which is 2-3 months tops.
I decided to visit tomorrow my social dentist cause i can't afford this private one anymore and considering he won't answer my email, i guess that's it.
This social one said to me the last time he can't help me if i can't point out the right tooth. I am not a dentist, how should i know if pain is felt on several teeth areas and will see in person if he remained the same.
I wish this wasn't happening when it is summer as well. I don't have a lot of strength for same old bad things.
Update: He set me a meeting when i sent him a message but the meeting was half pleasant

I don't think you insulted your dentist.I feel the doctor's profession has now become a business.

@grenery8 Most doctors are like this.They charge heavy amounts for their service.Some of then are arrogant.They are rude to their patients.We;fortunately;have a doctor who is not greedy and arrogant.

@Shivram59 i am glad you have a good one. i also found a social female dentist but i will have to see how she operates. private ones are always an option but you are right, they are arrogant and until less people would go there, they won't realise they need people and not only that people need them.

maybe i exaggerated in my head but after meeting him, he wasn't pleasant. maybe he was tired but service was lacking or cause i came with the same problem. all in all, he didn't fix anything ,which is good. my gums ached and he sugegsted some things. just, i hope he won't charge me for this but what to do
i agree, he turned this into his empire business. i see him on internet coupons, he teaches on faculty, has a private clinic, like this one. i mean, kind of greedy

i agree and said to him what is troubling me. he sounded a little bit irritated cause i said i feel it on more places than just one and he said teeth can't go on both side, must be gums. i said i am describing my feeling. and, cherry on the top, in a sarcastic way is, was he too tired but you know that paper thing that they put on us so we don't get dirty, i start pulling it myself while he didn't help me at all; he even added i can tear it. i felt angry after it but he's not worthy. and i found a new social dentist so i hope i won't need anyone for some time and if i did, i have my social for now. really

I hope your get things worked out with your teeth. I don't feel that any of my doctors or dentist have huge egos.

@grenery8 I don't know what dental water is. Here it's recommended that we floss or use a water pik. We don't floss with a thicker one though that might get stuck.
My teeth burger me from time to time but so far nothing is showing up in X-rays.

that's a really good dentist then; i feel almost all dentists or doctors have huge ego here. i visited this dentist and he said gums are the problem and that i should clean my teeth with dental water, buy thicker dental floss and that's it. thank you, i still feel it but i hope it will go away. dentist was either tired or not in a good mood so, i really hope not to see him again in a close future.

i went there and he is the type and he asked me in the past for every little thing to get an xray and when he got it, he was still lost. my gums were problem according to him and they still hurt a bit, ah. but he jsut said i should clean with dental water

thank you, he did, he answered my message finally though, i sent him sms message after the email. i visited him and it turns out it's gums issue and teeth are fine but that's what he always does, he almost mumbles how other teeth could make troubles and such. he looked maybe a little irritated that i came or he was too tired, not sure, i felt some strange vibe. all in all, i found a new social dentist so i hope from now on for some peace.
